ACT – Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

This approach centers around accepting (unexplained) difficulties rather than resisting them. By learning to stop the struggle with emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations, individuals create space for what truly matters. The goal is not to eliminate symptoms but to build greater mental resilience.

CBT – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT is based on the premise that thoughts influence emotions and behavior. By challenging and reshaping negative thought patterns, individuals develop a more balanced perspective, reducing psychological distress and fostering positive behavioral change.
